💸 Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
- Returns & Exchanges
• You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns are not applicable on discounted or clearance items.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. - Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• In case of prepaid or wallet transactions, processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. - Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
• Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@houseofkings.store with clear photos.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund once verified.
- Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
